When my mom pushes on my back to wake me up. It's quickly accompanied by a loud, "NOOOOO!" lol
I was on a medication that had me talking in my sleep. I think it was Lexapro or Paxil.
I suffer from scizophrenia and that causes me to hear voices often when I'm alone at bed night so sometimes I say a couple of words back to the voices that I know are in my head.
whatever goes threw your mind all day then it happens in your sleep as you deram i always do this.
Its due to lack of peace of mind. This is what my mom usually says.
I don't know. But the people I know who talk in their sleep do it because it's hereditary. Sometimes stress in daily life can cause a person to talk in their sleep, but I do know that it's nothing to worry about.
first off I NEVER talk about any female i have been with or am in love with to anyone or in my sleep...( an if I am having a dream about a female, I never talk, I only move and make sounds and SMILE..the truth)..if I do talk in my sleep I am usually on a boat fishing, or building a car usually a Blue Chevy Camaro 1967
or at the most trying to tell a joke.
well at least that's what I am told I do in my sleep.

smile
good luck
