Have you seen a doctor or therapist? Are you taking medication? Getting regular exercise and a healthy diet? Regular amount of sleep? Involvement in meaningful activity? All of these can help. What have you tried? Depression is an uphill battle because many of the things that you need to do to get better appear to be impossible when depressed. A friend told me once to do the opposite. If you feel like laying in bed all day, get up and take a walk instead.
talk to your doctor. discuss if you might want to try therapy or mediciation. eat more protien and excercise.
1. Go to meditation center, learn how to do internal healing
2. You will be guided to find your purpose in life and from there you will progressively get out of depression
3. Love yourself
4. Give love and find love
5. Develop a passion for a hobby
6. Develop compassion - think of all the unfortunate children in this world, if you can feel compassionate kindness, you will receive good blessings in return, if you do something for them
7. Make affirmation daily that - I am happy (never say, i dont want to be depressed, thats negative), instead say positive things like - I want to be happy
8. Detach from negative people
9. Detach from what other people say abt you negatively
10. Be kind
