kick back in a hot tub
take deep breaths...kick my feet up and put my mind in a special place, for example the beach... also limit caffeine intake helps and drinking green tea
u can j/ take deep breathes. and if u r feeling stressed try screaming into a pillow are something. you may frrl stupid but it helps.

Walk/Jog, hot shower then read a good book in bed.
well take some time out and breathe in and have everything done and just chill out really what i would do is get some pucnh and go outside sit under a shady tree and read a book or just go and rest have all phones off and no one at my house and less its a friend who want to relax with me
The only thing (other than tranquilizers) that works for me is self hypnosis. There are many different methods and although a doctor taught me I have switched to a method I read in a book.
In this method you have to take 3 deep breaths as part of relaxing your muscles.
You walk down the beach and draw a circle in the sand. You stand in this circle and mark it with a #5. When you are ready to relax more you have the waves wash that circle away and you walk along and draw another one. You mark it with a 4. You continue until you are inside the circle which would be a zero.
It feels like you are in the state just before falling asleep. You are aware of your surroundings, but you are not completely awake.
Books are available at the library and you can get cd's that will guide your through it.
By surrendering your resistance to what is occurring in this moment.
I find passing out is quite relaxing after a hard day of drinking.
I get on the computer
I listen to soft music
I sleep
I listen to music or watch a good movie or tv show that i really enjoy. It seems to clam me down when I do this. I will also excercise. . I go sit in the woods if possible. And sometimes if I am in the mood I will read a book.

I put on some meditating music and some candles. I lay down and close my eyes
nothing is better than sex... Believe me...
Got so much going on, I don't have time. I do but when I lay down to sleep! Let all the days crap go.
i put my music on SUPER loud , take a few deep breaths and then just KEEP ON DANCING-DANCING . . . i'm not the kinda person who can sit down and do nothing.

you can go for looooooong walks along old forgotten paths (like your shortcut to school or your secret hiding place when you were younger). .take a book with you and there where you end up you curl up and read your book . . make sure it's save though!!
It depends on if it is anxiousness or just anxiety. I read a book, go for a walk, meditate, get on the computer to play a hand or two of solitaire, or even answer Q's on here!
exercise , relax watch beautiful girls in the street having a cup of tea in the evening.
