Is it possible to become dyslexic later in life?

Question:
Like around age 35?..I seem to missread words an spell words backwards..I never did that before?

Answers:
Yeah. but you have to really work at it.
Try getting some sleep, you are probably over tired.
you may be doing some things that seem to you as though they are as a result of dyslexia. the fact is that not a great deal is known about the cause of dyslexia. some genetic components are at play for sure but the rest is not known.
you are more likely to be mis reading words and spelling poorly more as a result of something else. something like stress. that is very likely . or a more serious condition such as a problem that has come on as a result of a stroke. there are many other possible answers . i suggest you speak to your family doctor and if he does not seem able to help you with this then ask to see a neurologist .
