What self esteem?
Question:
Answers:
Most people have self esteem even if they don't realize it. Do you think you're a good person? If given the choice, do you do the right thing? If so, then you have self-esteem.
If you're not convinced, then set one goal for yourself and accomplish it. Don't make them impossible like "lose 20 lbs. this week" and don't make them too easy like, "learn to count to 10." Maybe you could read a classic book or play, knit a scarf, or run a mile. Once you accomplish that goal, then take some pride in it and set another one.
Before long, you'll be climbing Mount Everest.
I know where your coming from(lol)... Just pray for it and if you dont believe in praying then i dont know...

Stop worrying about what everyone else thinks and start thinking of yourself first. That's my philosophy!
SLOMO---STOP SHOUTING!
You begin by doing volunteer work, (then you can say to yourself: "Well, at least I did do some things to help others, so I should at least acknowledge that I am performing a useful function, and should think better of myself than yesterday") even from home, at first, as a solid foundation in reality for daily affirmations. i had and still somedays have a problem with self esteem so what i did was stopped myself from following people that weren't actually going anywhere, people that didn't do anything but put down others and started trying to spend my time with a more positive group of people. thru this i found a man that had a pet store that burned and he lost everything and now i go everyday and help him clean and prepare to open a new store and i feel so good about helping and the physical labor relieves stress and i've made a new friend.
i know that changing my group of friends has made a huge difference. i was tired of feeling bad all the time.
