Try to fill your day with other things. You will think about computer games a lot for the first few days, but then it will ease up & you will think about other stuff too.
Do you have a job, school, or volunteer activities you can spend more time on? How about a pet you could care for? Exercise routine? If you're an adult, continuing ed classes at a community college can be fun if you take classes just for fun (cooking, dancing, art, travel--that type of thing).
