your glucose starts to freak out
take a nap then!
Yes, after prolonged sleep deprivation, you hallucinate...I once thought a deer jumped out in front of my police car on a tropical island due to sleep deprivation.the only animals on the island bigger than a chicken were the donkeys, and they were locked up on the other side of the island (diego garcia, check it out)
oh yes! I have heard fire truck sirens and helicopters flying over my house that were never there in the first place

That will answer all your questions about the sleep.
As for the ghosts, hey, where do you life? It could be filled with tons of those who've past on, but you never know, so check in with your doctor about the sleep thing, if you still see the ghost immages contact a medium and have them come over. If they can verify what you're seeing, (as in see about exactly what you are, call one that's trusted I might add, a real one, and yes I beleive there are real ones, I have more than proof on that, but to make this short I say get help fat, you're obviously going to be overwelmed if you spend the rest of your life with this to deal with)
Have a glass of warm milk and go to bed, for goodness sake. I was a student nurse, and drove home to my parents after a long shift, and hallucininated while driving and nearly killed myself. The human body is designed to sleep on a regular basis, that's why you are seeing things.
Yeah it certainly is possible. On one 54 hour marathon cross-country, bathroom-break only drive across the US I was coming up on the toll booth of the MA turnpike and I could have sworn the damn thing was jumping up and down!
What to do? Leave the TV off and go to sleep.
Sleep deprivation has many known side effects, including dizziness and mild hallucinations. When you sleep your brain "cleans up" all sorts of toxins that your body produces while awake. If you stay awake for too long without cleaning up your brain, strange things can happen. Although the symptoms that you described usually appear after more than two days, but it has been know to happen.
Go to sleep for at least 8 hours, preferably more than 10.
yes...staying up that long has the same effect on your body as if u were drunk
Of course.
Any lack of sleep or being too tired but not letting the brain to rest well will contribute to hallucinations & dizziness.
Can even contribute to brain disease & also aggressive behaviours.
There is no ghosts on things from UFO! These all happened because of lack of sleep! What you have to do now is to take a bath, listen to comfortable music and close your eyes!
Dun sleep for too long, just few hours will do, then wake up for a dinner and watch some TV shows, go to bed at a normal time after that!
I would go to sleep then...that is possible because of sleep deprivation...it has happened to me before...anyways...just take a nap..
your TV went off. how could this be a hallucination? when you dont sleep weird nightmares happen. teh lines between your external reality and your internal reality are blurred. anything can happen. weird things taht make you feel scared and nausious. it CAN'T just be all in your imagination. What you are seeing... i don't know what it is. but dont mess with it. sleep whn you are supposed to from now on.
I had to stay up 4 days straight to finish my game "Commandos Destination Berlin" usually i play any new game for 3 days straight to finish it as soon as possible. And i finish almost 4 to 5 games every month and have been doing that for 8 years. Um i never seen the things you said you have seen. May be you are lucky to see them. If one of them comes upto you, ask their name and what they want from you. By the way their race are called "Jinn". And not every human is lucky enough to see them.
Oh Heck yes! I was recently ill & had stopped taking some prescription meds that I wanted off of. Anyway, was up for 3 days straight, awake anway, more like walking zombie, had a hard time remembering most anything but my name! Interesting experience, like a mild hallucinagenic trip from the 60's/70's if you are old enough to remember thus good old brain function day!
Generally three days or more without any sleep at all will induce auditory and visual hallucinations. It's possible for sleep deprivation-related hallucinations to begin after two days of not sleeping. Also some conditions that cause such insomnia such as severe depression, mania and substance use can by themselves produce hallucinations.
