It isn't "normal" to burn you with cigarettes. But, it's not unheard of. People who are into sadomasachistic behavior like to feel pain. They associate pleasure with pain, and do things to their lover that hurts them, but they like it. You can either break up with her, or explore your interest. Either way, it's not really a good idea to burn yourself with cigarettes.
That's not normal! Break up with the insane girl and find someone normal. Also report her to the authorities.
