I don't believe there are any over the counter medicine for anxiety. If you are experiencing anxiety..first check to see how much caffeine you are putting in your body. Soda is loaded with caffeine so is chocolate..candy and other types of sugars also cause anxiety. You might also be allergic to the dye that is in kool aid or punch. Keep a diary of what and when you eat and drink and when your anxiety comes on the strongest. It might just be too much sugar and caffeine...good luck
