Please, this is VERY important?
Question:
thankyou to anyone who tries to help me, you may end up saving my friends life
Answers:
It sounds like your friend might be suffering from post traumatic stress disorder. This disease can be very crippling to the sufferer, and cause some of the symptoms you say your friend might be having. There are studies being done about how to suppress bad memories. A good one is here http://www.technologyreview.com/biotech/... . But the best thing would be for your friend to see a psychologist or psychiatrist. Good luck, and I hope she can find the help she needs.
If it were only that easy *sigh*
If things are so bad for YOUR FRIEND why don't you take her to a doctor instead of trying to figure things out yourself?
The best place to deal with memories is in therapy. There is no erase button. People experience traumatic things, they deal with it in their own way, if they have trouble dealing with it, then they seek professional help (such as therapy). My advice: see a psychologist.
what is it thats bothering her? I hope shes ok. I dont know if anything actually works but i did hear news about a drug that could erase memories. How long ago did the event happen and how has your friends ben trying to deal with it?
