Any natural remedies for bipolar 2?

No, and IMO, you shouldn't even try- that's pretty serious.
Are you talking about secondary bi-polar? If so, I do.
A friend of mine des. She goes to the gym for at least one hour every day and works out rigorously and takes glyconutrients. Her bipolar condition went in remission, but it took about six months of daily hard exercise and six months of 2 teaspoons of those glyconutrients with it. She is not taking any medication since 3 years--but, be aware of it. It is not a magical cure. The exercise and glyconutrient program has to be continued for the rest of her life and there is never any guarantee that there won't be another episode, but she hasn't had one in 3 years!!

There is no such remedy. I am bipolar. Mega fish oil is said to help with brain and heart function; amongst many other things. I have been bipolar all my life.
I would take it to God and let him work on it.
Naturally, get your a%% to the doctor! Take Lamictil or whatever is issued to you, like religion. Be at leat that responsible
Bi-polar disorder is nothing to fool around with.
Face it!
You have an illness that must be treated for the rest of your life, or your life and everyone's who knows you will be a roller-coaster.
Even if you think it is some silly thing, the people who love you, can only take so much.

Bipolar needs medication.

If you manage your Bipolar without medication, you never really had Bipolar.

The mood stabilizers and other meds help to balance and control the chemicals in your brain, preventing the mood episodes. Nothing else can do that.

i use reiki when iam low .I use this method ---recommended from my psychitrist -for 3 years .It costs .Alternative practitioners aren't covered from insurances .So i did something smart .I went to a seminar and learned to do it myself . I learned the first level --not to become professional ---just to practise it to myself .It costs 300euros --like dollars --- .I also go to the gym every day 45 minutes .Depending on my mood i do walking /pilates /weigh lifting / . Iam off medications ,under my psychiatrist permission ,using ,following hia advice St John Wort .Ask you doctor about it .
