An extention on my other depression question?
Question:
Answers:
Your past is how you got here.
Everyone has a story to tell.
If you asked everyone to list all their sorrows and exchange them with each other you would find that you would always want your own list of sorrows to live with.
Our minds are interesting places to live.
Life is lived in the here and now, not in memories.
And knowing that can give you the confidence and skills that some many others do not have.

I know what it's like to feel depressed. Pls. see a good Doctor. It's hard to find one that knows anything about treating depression. They just throw meds at you.
Medications sometimes help, but they take so long to work and then sometimes they make you manic., and often they stop working or never work at all. This is especially true of ssris (like Prozac) I've been on them all,but so far the only med that works for me is a mood stabilizer called Lamictal. Maybe you don't need meds at all, it sounds like things in your life are not too good. Would talking to your parents or the guidance counselor at school help? Or maybe a good friend or other relative. Its terrible to feel alone and hopeless. I can only tell you it does get better with the right help. If you do go to a Doctor be and he suggests meds, be sure to ask about Lamictal. Also counseling or therapy sounds like a good idea. It seems that you are carrying around a lot of guilt for things that are not really your fault.
Anyway, I wish you well and i hope this helped
