according to my memory, I dont think there is an exact term or at least popular term. I would generalized it with anxiety specific to phobia. While reading your questions, it kinda of reminded me of conversion disorder in general which is totally not the case btw, and what it is is something like perceiving or not recognizing your body parts as something that belongs to you... and sometimes these people will try to get rid of their body parts they think does not belong to them. of course it's pretty extreme.
hope you relax a bit.
You sound like you have a mild form of OCD but ur Doc would have to diagnose u officially. Is it altering the life to the point where u need therapy?U prob have a slightly altered chemical imbalance that makes u lean toward the OCD tendency. It's not your fault. We can now see the physiological differences in the brains of OCD patients versus the general patient. That proves that this is nothing that u caused.Trust me, most everyone has an unbalanced amount of 1 brain chemical or another causing them to have certain behaviors.Therapists heal people with this ALL OF The TIME. You're not alone. If I were u I'd get help for sure. You'll be just fine.
