Can we cure spinal cord injuries? Can we transplant or replace parts of the brain?
Answers:
Ten years ago I would have said no, but I recently heard at a workshop that there has been research that actually demonstrates that both cognitive therapy and administration of SSRI's can actually stimulate neuronal regrowth in the brain.
I'm trying to find the actual references.
in some case you can but for much cases you can cure by injections or medicines etc
