yes i feel that all the time i can completetly sympathise with you im probably not the best person to give advioce on this as im goin through the same problems as you however i do think talking to someone about it helps and i think if there are friends you can talk to you should definatly try talking to them. Dont let peolple get you down tho i no life seems in bearable sometimes but dont do anything stupid even go to the doctor he may be able to give you some good advice to make you feel better. but please talk about your feeling with someone dont keep things to yourself it just makes things worse and i know this from experiance.
Good luck and keep smiling
Sounds like you are suffering from a form of depression, talk to your doctor.
I worry about my own temper sometimes! When I'm really angry I just flip out and see red! I've never actually hurt anyone. nor would I. But its still concerning! It usually happens when I'm driving.
Anxiety and Depression can happen to any one, just like this, councilling and medication can control these feeling's !! :)
yes most days but i was ill recently and have felt great since.
Anxiety can develop at any point in your life, but it's simple enough to deal with. Speak with a psychiatrist and get some meds. If you're like me and you don't want to take happy pills every day they can give you some to take "As needed" during the big moments.
Most days. It's anxiety. Having been on Beta-blockers for longer than I care to mention, I'm now having CBT to help me stop having thoughts like that or at least to stop them escalating to the point where it debilitates me.
If you're having anxious thoughts a lot then I'd recommend going to see someone. Go to your GP and ask to be referred. It helps to get an objective view because when you're wrapped up in these thoughts, nothing is clear and you can't even begin to get your mind straight on things.
Good luck..
All the time Mary-Ann this is typical behaviour of anxiety and phobic disorders if you've not talked to a doc about this then please do. A small cardboard box is where I'd like to be 24/7 but can't!! I'm on meds and see a psychologist and still feel like that!
Yes, I have been like that in the past. It is called depression. You will get out of it, but how soon is up to you. I find the best thing is not to think too much about yourself, but to get on with life. I no longer allow the fear to set in, I reject it as soon as it comes. The think that helped me the most was learning Reiki (www.reiki-evolution.co.uk) my life changed after that. Also, it is important to have spiritual beliefs. Some books that helped me are by Sylvia Browne & Stephanie King - I have read them all. Also, don't watch sad films or the news as it is all so depressing & will make you feel worse. Good luck.
My insomnia is so bad, I decided to stop worrying and stay up and do creative stuff. So now the day is here and I feel fine. Sometimes I wake up bitter or angry from stress. Our world is stressful. They don't tell you that when you're in the womb!
.
Yep i join the club if its recent thing then you probly get help from meds and counsilling but if its a been life long they dont do **** i have been this way all my life and they give me tablets and counsilling but its usless they just give methe bolloxs that im schitzophrenic but i dont believe that and the tablets and cousilling make you feel out of control of your life and i wanna be a normal person with out a label above my head im constantly asked if im ok and like i need help all my life but now im just rambling i cant belive i have wrote this much its like a blog lol man im stressed ha ha anyone gotta gun??
yes i have been there and you are definetly not alone
have you talked to anyone about these feelings? counsellor, doctor, pyscologist?
i found even talking to a freind really helpful or someone who has also been there and understands the feeling of intense anxiety and fear, i used to have this horrific fear of cancer and my family dying, i was soo scared of getting sick that i couldent sleep or eat...
feeling out of control is very common or so im told, my psycologist really help me with that...its so tempting just to stay in my room all day!
so i know how you feel, but you WILL get better.
"Youll get by with a little help from your friends" lol
Resist nothing.
Yes, I think a lot of people feel like this from time to time, especially when there are great changes going on in their life. It would be helpful to look at things realistically and not in a "worst case scenerio" type of way. It also helps to take good care of yourself...eating well, sleeping sufficiently, that sort of thing. Also, try to control and balance the things that you can be "in charge" of.
no but i go through a lot of self loathing
well yes only a few times though i hated getting up in the morning and getting ready for school. i was literally afraid and scared of it because of the people that i had to put up with. i had to put with either bitchy popular girls calling me names and ganging up on me or i had to put up with boys sexually abusing me because I'm kind of a frigid person i had no choice what so ever. And my friends use to always Scank me and hang around with the enemies.
But I'm OK now and have a sociable life but everyday is still a task
afraid all the time so i just get up and go then when i need to stop i stop helps me !!!!! good luck honey! if in doubt seek help xxxx
