I'm the same the psychologist says just do a bit a day, even if it's just as simple as writing a sentence, then reward yourself in some way. Do a little more, if you can, but if you can't don't beat yourself up over it. A few hours a day is best but i can't do that, so i just do what i can and try not to feel bad about what i can't or haven't done. I have depression and various anxiety disorders tho so that's why I'm like i am, but you are young and have to concentrate on your studies. Just do what you have to do to remain OK about it. Don't get depressed about what you can't, it's OK the homework won't fall apart if you can only do a little at a time! :) Good Luck. Helly. x
