Do you have any suggestions on how to sleep longer than 1.5 hrs at a time?
Question:
I cannot take Benadryl or the such, highly sensitive to it. Any ideas? I hate being awake for almost every hour that goes by and that also just makes me more depressed.
Ideas anyone?
Thanks in advance

I started having exactly same problem. My doc gave me some prescription sleeping pills, seems to work just fine.
You should consult with your physician since you have to make sure there isn't going to be any weird interaction with you other meds.
Oh almost forgot - do you happen to drink energy drinks ? That seems to be what caused my problem.
you could take a sleeping pill such as unisom or lunesta. i would suggest talking to a doctor first though, probably a psychologist.

Try staying up for atleast 20 hours (which is almost one whole night and half a day) and doing something you like. Like, reading, or listening to music, or watching Tv or movies, or doing something on the internet.. or all of the above!
If you stay up for 20 hours or atleast 18 hours.. you'll feel tired enough to fall asleep for an average of 8 hours again.
It helps to drink a glass of warm milk before you go to bed. You should do some exhausting activities during the day. Go for a refreshing jog with your friends. Swimming, Gardening. Shop! Or even just give your room a spring clean or something.
Reading in bed before you go to sleep helps, too. And you'll be so busy you won't have time to feel depressed! =)
try getting more exercise and sunshine and spend less time on the computer. You will feel and sleep much better>
i have anxiety disorder so i know all about not sleeping. the only thing that seems to work for me is special prescribed sleeping pills but if i dont have any on me at the time, i like to pray and listen to my fave songs on the computer til i fall asleep..
as for staying asleep, dont drink too much liquid before bed and see if you are able to take something to relax your muscles and calm your body down
