Answers:
Mental problems set aside, derealization can be caused by certain neurological disorders. These include amyotrophic lateral sclerosis, Alzheimer's disease, multiple sclerosis, and Lyme disease among others. If this is seriously bothering you and has been occurring from some time, I would strongly recommend seeing a neurologist. As for an herbal remedy, I would suggest using supplements that support brain health. These include essential fatty acids (available from fish and flax), lecithin, vinpocetine, ginkgo, and piracetam. Those are just a few suggestions. Research them and see if you think they might help. I would still recommend seeing a neurologist, though. It is very unlikely that this is occurring for no reason. There is probably an underlying condition.
As long as you are the star in you movie and direct your self only you should be fine.It is better to be in living stream video than snap shots.
eat more?
might want to see a doctor for some help or something...don't really know of any pills that will help...
but if it's more of a light headed dream like state you may just not be eating enough.try exercising more or just walk around outdoors for a bit
id want that.
