Answers:
Depression is an ugly mood.

What are you doing to get out of it?

Depression is normal and happens to most of us sometime.

We feel frustrated or disappointed about how our life is going so we get sad.

Depression is about how you think and feel.

You can do exercises that get you through it.

Start right now. Take a deep breath.
Go for a 30 minute walk. Smile at every one you see.
Take a lot of deep breaths.

If your a girl, are you coming up on you period? Maybe your hungry?
i laid in my bed at least for an hour today doing nothing. or crying..maybe you should see your doctor and i should see my doctor too about depression
Get a glass of spirit. and go back to bed!
You are probally not getting enough sleep, try meditating, and excersize, talk to your doctor you could have depression (clinical) which can cause you to feel down, and also cause you to have a enormous lack of energy. So definitly talk to your doctor
Good Luck
probably depressed, go and see your gp for help.
Depression, go see your doctor.
Everyone feels like this sometimes. Has something bad happened recently? A relationship ended, or maybe something at work? If you can't think of anything specific, and if this feeling carries on for more than a few days, go and see your GP. You may be depressed. Sometimes mild depression can be alleviated by doing things like taking more exercise, but sometimes people need a bit more help. Counselling can help, so can anti-depressants, but the first thing is to talk to your doctor.
Ignore the bad answers, it sounds like you have anxiety or depression and the associated and sometimes common feelings of unreality, is it like this? you know u are here but you don't feel like you are a part of anything? feel separated from reality like someone threw a veil over everything? feel like u r seeing life from behind a screen?

If yes then u should see the doc and get further advice on anxiety and depression, he may recommend an ssri pill or some kind of talk therapy.

Don't worry! you can recover, the unreal feeling is just your mind protecting you from worry, maybe it's time to get some treatment and re asses your life, good luck, you will get better.
sounds like what i have at the mo,cud be s.a.d its raining all the time cant go out.i actually feel like theres somethong sitting on my head and my neck cant support it.i dont want to get out of bed,but have to cos i have 3 kids, very bloody moody, just feel crap basically check out a site 4 S.A.D ITLL GIVE YOU ALL YOU NEED TO KNOW.HOPE THAT HELPS HUNS
Do you just feel like that today or does it happen more often or in regular patterns?
It might help if you keep someting like a "mood chart" along with a little diary for every day to see if it is related to your periods or a current situation in your private life.
Also, if you decide to contact your doctor about it, or any other person who might be able to help, it will be extremely helpful to have such a chart.

Hope you are feeling better soon.
