Question:
and does dopamine makes more vitamin d or vitamin d makes more dopamine?
and i also hered from, all kinds of sources hat thay prevent schizophernia and in others i heard that it cause schizophrenia and i can't get to who i shall belive!

Answers:
Vitamin D does not cause schizophrenia. Some doctors, who are not very smart in field will tell you otherwise, but that is not the case. Here is what we do know. See below. With the improvement of patient symptoms using Dopamine blockers, dopamine pays a huge role in the Pre-frotal cortex. (Risperdal, Zyprexa etc)

Gentetics plays another major role. Does the enviroment play a role? We are not sure. It could. Could Vitamin D be involved? Maybe, we are just not sure. At this point you cannot make any claims that will makes this true. Vitamin D does help the dompamine levels in the brain. Vitamin D has showen to be the most important vitamin we are lacking now in the world. 80 percent of people are low. very low. We all need more vitamin D to help reduce cancer risk and help too promote more calcium for better bone density. All of this we do know.

Scientists still are unsure of the exact cause, and it may be that more than one causal factor is involved. Causes under investigation include:

Difference in brain chemistry, such as imbalances of:
Certain proteins
Specific amino acids
Specific neurotransmitters (the naturally existing chemicals that assist in cellular communication)
Difference in brain structure
MRI brain scans indicate some similarities in the structure of the brains of schizophrenics, which are different from non-schizophrenic brains
Loss of brain tissue and abnormal activity in the parts of the brain responsible for reasoning, emotion, and/or memory
Unclear which differences may have been the cause of or result of the disease or even of the medications used over time
Difference in brain circuitry
Disrupted connection between nerve cells that govern speech
Mis-wiring in communication between right and left hemispheres of the brain
Genetic factors
Schizophrenia occurs more often in those with a family history of schizophrenia
However, about 60% of schizophrenics have no family members with the disorder, which means other factors are involved
Developmental factors, such as:
Prenatal exposure to a viral infection
Low oxygen level (from prolonged labor, low birth weight, or premature birth)
Exposure to a virus during infancy
Early parental loss or separation
Other factors
Hormonal changes that affect the brain’s chemistry and serve as a trigger
Environmental stress
Even if research finds that differences in the structure or chemistry of the brain are sources of schizophrenia, there still remains the mystery of what caused these differences to occur. Those interested in “attachment theory” consider the possibility that early separation or trauma may be at the root of this disorder, as well as many other conditions. Recent brain scan technology supports this view, in that both the structure and function of the brain appear to be affected by such developmental factors. Further investigation may lead to more solid evidence or other explanations for the causes of schizophrenia.
