Yahoo group for depression?

I am so down tonight. I was wondering if anybody knew of a good active yahoo group for depression? (or other groups, doesn't have to be yahoo) Thanks.

No, but if you want to talk I'm here. A complete stranger...but help nevertheless. Oh, and put on some music. Right now I am listening to Natasha Bedingfield's "Unwritten". I don't want to sound like an ad...but the website called www.imeem.com is a great place to listen to music. It's for full songs to listen to before you buy them on itunes and such. But I just listen to them for entertainment. :D I hope you feel better!

When you check the Yahoo Groups, first look under Health & Wellness, then under Support Groups. Depression is the first one on that list. You can also start your own group. Good Luck
