Hi! I'm a Paxil user! I take 20mg. and feel great! But I understand what your'e asking. If the low dose works good, maybe the higher dose would make me feel superb! Right? But I don't think it works that way. When I used to drink, I figured one beer was okay, 5 was better, but a12 pack rocked! Ya, well, I was wrong. Too much of a good thing is...too much of a good thing!
I take 20mg of Paxil, and have for about 6 years now. It works well for me, but as you said, everyone is different. I take it for mild anxiety with a bit of depression. I think that giving moer specifics might help you get a better answer. Why do you take it? How long have you been taking it? Why did you up the dosage?

I'd give this dosage a few months, if you've recently made the change; it can take several weeks to really adjust to it. Don't up the dosage without talking to your doctor, since he/she can help you do it in the best way possible. Hope this helps!
