sit in quite place alone , with herbal warm drink , and get all bad thoughts away ...
Different things work for different people. Some like yoga, some like listening to music, or watching TV, or reading a book, or taking a walk. I like to be in a swimming pool all by myself. There is something really calming about water. If I can't get to the pool, I'll take a long shower.

I used to be very uptight.
I had to learn to relax.
After work I would sit in a reclining chair, or even when I first got to bed I would do an exercise.
First, I would take three deep breaths
Then I would think about how I felt in each part of my body.
Then starting with my toes, I would scrunch (technical term) my toes, then my feet, then my calves then my knees and I would do that with all the groups of muscles all the way up to the top of my head, including my eyelids and eye brows.
Then I would just lay there a few minutes and feel how good it was not to have pressure from stress.
I found several things happened.
I was more in touch with the feelings in my body.
I was more relaxed during the day because I just had to remember how I felt after stretching all those muscles.
And, it helped me to feel more in control because it was something easy I could do to get rid of the stress.
