You should seek professional help. They are the only ones who will really be able to help you.
i have no idea how to help you. i TOTALLY fell in love with him in "invincible". when he was walking through the rain. AHHHHHHHHH! i know, i am a very big help for your problem. <3
keep yourself busy. get a job. hang witcha friends...
I did try to see his pictures in the internet and.. yah he's some kind a cute. Okey he's cute but i can't find anything that could tell me why your somekind-an-obsessed to him. Well that's what your heart says. I guess your doing the daydreaming thing that's why you can't help yourself steping into the-out-of-the-world-imaginati... hey! go back to your true world! it's okey to be fascinated with artist but not to much.. it could cause mental problems. goodluck to you and to your mark wahlberg. heheheh!
THATS EASY! just have his name tattoed several hundred times all over your body. do a REVERSE MIRROR IMAGE ACROSS FOREHEAD, so u can read first thing in th A.M. in a few days u will hate him and yourself
About a year ago I was hopelessly obsessed with the singer Ville Valo (from HIM, a Finnish band...). It got so bad I was writing fan fiction about him. I mean, he was in my thoughts constantly. And, his music made me cry sometimes...I got to the point where I felt like I knew him.
So basically, I've been there. It's not easy to just stop feeling this way. But, try to realize you're probably much more enamored of the idea of him than anything. It would be helpful if you could actually meet this actor, get to know him, and realize he's simply a person like anyone else. But, most likely that would be hard to arrange. In my experience, these obsessions fade with time...eventually you just lose interest, and find something else. Even if it takes years.
The problem is when you find yourself perpetually latching onto something else...moving from one obsession to the next. That is when you know that this problem is deeper than you might realize. Maybe there's some hope, or need that isn't being fulfilled and you're looking for it in the wrong place.
If this is causing you a LOT of distress, I would seek professional help. I don't say that because I think you're crazy, but I know that if I had thought to do that I might be better off now. All my obsessions were like the beginning signs of something being very wrong.
