Sleeping problems....i need help?

my parents make me go to bed really early and i it!!! the thing is that i try to go to sleep but i cant...usually i fall asleep around 12-1am...is there anything i should take OR home make anything that will help me get all sleepy?

There is, but you shouldn't. Triptophane, a byproduct of milk, turkey and other foods can make you sleepy. Drinking a warm glass of milk at bedtime may do the trick in a natural way, but your "inner clock" is what is keeping you up 'til 1.
