Has anyone had a child with intermittent explosive disorder?


Question:
We have a 11 yr. old who has ADHD, but seems to have the IED, and one time was Buliema. Now is off all meds. But hard to deal with the IED at times. They just don't understand no, and have a temper tantrum, and yell .

I would be tempted to wonder if the "IED" is actually a manifestation of the untreated ADHD (specifically: impulsivity).
