Question:
Anxiety being an on again/off again problem for years, I really don't want to be on any of the SSRI's & have to go thru withdrawal. Xanax is too tempting to use on a regular basis, so that's not an option either. If you've used either of the products, please let me know how they worked or didn't work for you. Thanks!

i used seredyn when i was like 16 but it didnt work it gave me nausea and a lot of other symptoms but in my opinion its better to try different meds and find one that works instead of riding out the symptoms good luck
