Every time you have a negative thought, think of a positive thought. Try not to worry so much. Everything happens for a reason even though we cannot see that good reason at the time, when you look back you will understand why. Try doing something for other people that will take your mind off of your problems and help someone else at the same time. I believe we are on this earth to learn something, whether it be to learn to be more patient or to learn to stand up for ourselves. Don't be so hard on yourself we are always our own most harsh critics.
I would suggest getting a project to work on.
Decide something you would really want to do, either as a career or hobby.
Then make plans to do something each day.
This will give you a clearer focus on doing what you want.
You can do this with anything including happiness and success.
