Have you ever been so confused one day?
Question:
I am so confused because I don't like to do anything useful,even learning German is difficult now.
I just want to fast forward to future ,to see which way did I eventually decided to go.
I actually don't have a clue of what my life purpose is.

That's quite common actually. Just push forth, and do what you gotta do, or you won't have much of a future.
I get confused sometimes, I was really confused for a week when I had to come of my antidepressant quickly, and on Thursday it took me 10 minutes to convince myself that it was Thursday, and not Wednesday. Later in the day I was getting excited thinking it was pay day, Friday, when I remembered it was Thursday,
I also get confused deciding what direction to take my life in. Good luck.
