Can any one tell my y i feel like im always in trouble im scared and annoyed w/ it. HELP!?

Question first why you are depressed. Sometimes, people do feel guilty about being depressed. They often look at the world around them and cant figure out why they feel this way, and feel guilty as is they have no right to be.
Fear and guilt do go hand in hand. If you feel afraid or scared there might be someting else going on. Always examine your thoughts however irrational when this happens. Examine images no matter how ridiculous. Thoughts, voices, they are trying to tell you something is wrong!
Are you living the way you want? Have you made some bad choices? Look at your life and make changes where it might be necessary. Bad feelings happen for a reason..
Did anyone in your family ever do anything to make you feel this way?
I used to feel such sometimes! The only persone who could help you is yourself. Try to not to think of what comes to your mind at that moment. Just tell yourself "I will think of that some other times" and try to forget that for some moments. Ignor whatever reminds you your problem. And at any other times it would be less difficult and would seem less challenging. I myself have done it. Im relaxed now. Just practice that.
To me it sounds like anxiety. I took a med one time that made me have severe anxiety. It felt like something very bad was going to happen or something very good was going to happen but nether one was going to happen.
Your body might be giving you some signs. I mean my body gives me signs all the time in my dream (the same dream I have had for over 7 years now) or what I crave or that I need to flea for no reason. Maybe its the only way your body knows how to give you a sign.
Maybe you need to take some time to yourself and think about a lot of stuff that might bring on this pitt in your stomach. It could be just a feeling. While you are doing this you could pamper yourself a little.
Than maybe you will know what it means and you might be able to fix it. I mean it could be that you are heading for depression or it could mean something else.
The best thing for you to avoid stress and sadness is The Comedy to make you laugh,nice songs ( try to avoid listening to sad songs)and a good friend to whom you can share what you think about and how you feel.Talking about those felling is the best thing for your relaxation.Ah,also Sport !!
