Has anyone been visited by my Uncle Al?

Answers:
Visited? Heck, I'm DATING him. If I marry him, that makes you my nephew!
Seriously, I've had some memory lapses and it's scary because I've always been known for my good memory. I got concerned enough to see the doctor because my father actually did suffer from Alzheimer's and I was scared that I might be starting but my doctor decided it was a symptom of the fluctuations that I've had with my blood sugar.
But I think we all have the lost keys kind of thing. The incident that sent me scurrying to the doctor was serious, I was driving and suddenly blanked on the streets. I knew how to drive, I was obeying the rules of the road but I suddenly was having trouble recognizing streets or knowing where I was and I have lived in this town over 20 years, I knew the neighborhood. But for a couple of seconds, I didn't know if I was close to where I needed to turn or still miles from it, I didn't recognize the street names though I <do> know them. I may have been experiencing a hypoglycemic episode but we can't be sure.
Presumably his middle initial is Z.
I'm thinking it's supposed to be funny but I don't understand it.
hardy har har.
Hope you never really do have that problem. It's very sad for all people involved.
Watch out for his cousin who's name is C. Nile.
Hey that stuff is nothing to kid about. Being forgetful and having that disease is TOTALLY different. A doctor once explained the difference. If you go into other room in your house and forget why you went in there, it's forgettfulness. But if you don't know HOW you got there it's Alzheimer's. See the diff??
When you find him, keep him under lock and key. I bought a sheet of Forever stamps. I used one on a letter I was sending. Then I added a 2 cent stamp to the envelope. I'm holding you and your uncle responsible for my memory lapse.
No Andy,
I haven't been visited by your uncle Al I don't even know him. he seems like a trouble maker by the sound of this letter or question. I will protect you.
