Zero before heading off to my college class at 11am. I stayed up all night, playing a video game, lol. I didn't get the rough draft completed for class, and boy did I have it rough trying to stay awake.

We were editing each other's rough drafts on a major paper. The girl's draft i had was about how exercise affects the body. I recall writing about how she should elaborate more on cats and hats or something like that between the moments of dozing off. Her paper never mentioned cats or hats.
I stayed up the whole night (bad idea) and went to school the next day. Reason: procrastination. Always doing major assignments at the last minute.

I never want to put myself through that situation because I felt as if I was sick and going to puke. I had acid coming up my tongue and I felt mentally impaired. I couldn't think clearly and couldn't grasp anything in class.

Never stay up the whole night. You'll harm your body and health.
About three hours. I couldn't sleep. I just couldn't. I went because I need the money!
i used to be able to pull it off with a one hour power nap. you can't do that too often. used to work eighteen hour days so went on four hours a day for months. of course i slept the entire day on my one day off. people don't need nearly as much sleep as they think.
2 hours because I was in a shift during internship. It lasted 28 hours (had to stay the next morning)
2 hours sleep in 96 hours not recommended
45 minutes...and then i had to work an 8 hour shift... i was up the almost the entire nite babysitting drunks to make sure they didnt hurt themselves. i was so tired and almost fell over on the counter.
