keep truing to find a horizontal line and don't look downwards
well start by figuring out when this fear started, was it something that happened in your childhood? or something else? once you get to the root of your fear it is better to deal with it. As far as getting over fear there are many things you can do like exposure therapy, where you keep facing your fear over and over again until it doesnt affect you anymore.
this is insecurity. do you have any memory from childhood that you fall down from somewhere and get hurt? maybe it lies in your super-concious....try to remember it, and conquer it.
If you find out let me know. I am not afraid of high places ... I am afraid of falling from them.
maybe because you think about death too much.. i dont no but think of it this way how many deaths do you no that ahve ended up that people die on a collapseing balconie...not many this is a strange one but think of it this way too the person who built it wouldnt of pbuilt it there if it wenrt safe enough of people to stand on it the chances of getting killed by a collapsing balconie is not very likely inside the balconies theres always stronge powerful metal that holds it up right with the concrete to make it solid so it wount collapse i hope this helps in what ever way it can :D GG
its normal to feel what your feeling just stop dwelling on it and get on with your life..kara
stop watching many action movies, they have ruined your imagination otherwise you would be scared of flats and storeyed buildings, they can as well collapse too...and you die still.
