Y am I like that for no reason?!!?
Question:
Whenever I have some bad memories about something, I keep away from it.
I think that's usual, but the thing is, I keep away from it (phobia) and feel the depression of that experience, then I stay for the rest of the day with the same stupid mood I had that time.
This could be with someone, some place etc.
Plz help me by telling me what to do and why is it happening
Answers:
we all have these feelings some are so strong you think it will never go away but it will you need to accept the bad with the good we all have bad memories ,in time you will heal start by letting go of them and think of the good times you can do it ...kara..p.s keep that mind on fun things happy places funny people go for a walk and look around and see that life's not so bad and your going to be fine
Youre a product of todays society. Theres nothing wrong with you. You just think there is due to all the pollitcally correct bulls**t. Suck it up and move on.
trauma.
you do not have to forget situations that were hard for you but you have to remember they are past and never dwell around them so much.reason why you are like this may be because you haven't yet learnt to forgive yourself and therefore you cannot forgive others. stop blaming yourself for your mistakes and things will be fine for you cos everyone makes mistakes but do we all stagnate at that point forever?
I just think that you just feel really angry and moody. i have these feelings too. it's natural and it's part of you. it will go away sometime later. just try not to dwell on things too much. forget the past and focus on the future =)
We tend to avoid places, people, things that have had negative aspects for us in the past. While to a certain degree this is normal, it goes beyond the realm of normalcy if it starts to interfere with our day to day living or causes us to go into a deep depression.I would suggest that you seek medical help for your depression, possibly counselling...once this issue is addressed, perhaps your phobias will lessen. To address why this is happening:the central nervous system produces a chemical called serotonin, which stimulates the brain into a feeling of well-being. For what ever reason, somtimes the system can't produce enough, causing feelings of depression, a lessened sense of self worth or an intensified sense sometimes irrational fear.Once this chemical imbalance is corrected usually through certain types of medication in addition to counselling you have the tools better to cope with your problems.Seek medical help ASAP!
