Question:
I worry about everything. I worry about how things will turn out and if i can change them, i usually wonder whether i should or not. Recently, its been getting worse. It started off by me doing something i know i shouldnt but i did anyway, i wanted my little blue sweet container back and i got up at about midnight to go outside and look for it, i came back inside (my hands were covered in dirt and my feet were freezing) and went to sleep with my mum cause i was feeling bad, she didnt notice. Now i have this thing that started recently where i feel i have to watch a certain programme or something in case i miss out. Over the past couple of nights i have felt like i need to write down pieces of information on the programmes in case i forget and i have. I also took about about 100 photos of a half eaten out of date chocolate monkey with my name on it, i am going to take more soon before i eat it because i feel i have to. I could do with some advice on how to fix this, it isn't very nice

Have you been worried or afraid of something alot lately.Have you been diagnosed with an illness or lost someone close to you recently? Because if you have this new stress could be causing you to do these things. You didn,t mention your age(or approximately how old you are). You could be starting to show signs of depression get medical help and talk to your Dr.
I think you might be obsessive and compulsive to a degree. The thing about taking pictures of food before you eat it sounds weird to me. It has your name on it?
I would take pictures of food before I eat it, and after it comes out just to be funny
I'm sorry your question confuses me...i understood up until the blue container..if you think you have a serious problem seek help from your parents...family...of therapy
Worrying like this could either be a generalised anxiety disorder or, because you do have compulsions, obsessive compulsive disorder. The only way to know for sure is a diagnosis from a doctor. If your mum will not take you back to the doctor try talking to a school counsellor or a teacher or someone you trust. There are treatments and help available and you are not alone, but it is important for you to seek help.
