A negative wrong feeling?

Question:
Hi,
Okay the problem that I'm having is a feeling I keep having about.well everything. No matter what I'm thinking or doing I have this negative feel, but not all the time. Now I'm very happy with myself, and I know all of what I love in life, and when I'm not having this "feeling" I'm happy, cheerful and positive about all of what I love and more in life. But most of everyday I suffer from this negative feeling where I 'm "yeah...whatever" on everything and I'm sick of it. Even knowing what I love, and thinking positively I have this feeling most of my time. Also for example when I dream of say..winning the lottery, my feel is "yeah...whatever". I know this is not my true feeling, but I can't sake the negative feel.

Answers:
its normal to get a gut instinct about things but the way you feel about things can be controlled by the way you look at them. if your optimistic about something you will get a better feeling about it rather than been pessimistic and feeling bad about it.. you need to stand back and take a better look at all the things you have already, compaired to some you'll find that you are really lucky and this will make you feel more greatful for what you do have. you might just feel down.. and if so then it will pass, just try and enjoy the things you usually like and maybe try new things.. a change might be just what you need...
It sounds like you could be experiencing some mild anxiety or depression. I know exactly what you feel like because I have been there many times before. Everything will seem to be going great; however, there is a feeling of dread or as though something is wrong, even though you know that it's not.

For me it helped getting on Zoloft and talking to my therapist about this. Sometimes it really does a lot of good just venting to someone supportive that you know won't judge you, but is willing to understand.
