How can you become more laidback?

I reaaaaally want to be able to just shrug stuff off and not worry about things but i cant help but get all stressed and worked up over stuff. Like for example arguements with friends or boyfriends or exes, even if i know im in the right i cant stand confrontation or being upset at all and its so frustrating. I worry toooo much how can i curb this and be positive?

no, you don't have to take drugs or weed just to relax.

just listen to your favorite music, watch t.v., or get yourself occupied with something that won't remind you of what your trying to get rid of.

tell yourself: its not a big deal, you can fix it. why should you get all stressed about something? there's no point. just laugh it off, have fun somewhere. go to your favorite store and look around or drink your fav. non-alcoholic drink lol

1.Take meds-Xanax,
2. when talking to ex'es-just think about it (a good thing for your not with them) that's why they are ex'es
3.You know some people just like to argue & b itch because it gives them something to do,
4. sorry to say if you think your right all the time maybe you should reconsider this you know what they say about people who assume things ( there's an *** between you & me is the saying),
5.worrying-- causes ulcer's,
6.have a stiff drink & relax,
7, and if you toke- do you really care what the ex'es think, for that that matter boyfriends, friends-it's your life do as you wanna do(life is short never mind the little things),
8.take a bubble bath, read a book, take a walk, watch the sunset(peacefully & calming), do whatever you like to do.
