How much weight has anybody lost on concerta?

My 7 year old son takes Concerta. So far he has lost 3 kilograms in a month. But a friend pointed out to me that he has gotten taller - so he may have just had a growth spurt. He has lost his appetite but it comes back around 8 pm when the meds have worn off. I reheat his dinner and he eats that then and he goes to bed with a full tummy. During the day he has been asked to just eat even when he doesn't feel hungry. You have to change your approach with ADHD children and do what may not be the norm.
