Intensive therapy may not be the worst thing that u can do. Often students who fail several grades, do so because today's schools many times do not have the resources to devote appropriate attention to students who need more help. Counseling may reveal how you learn best and may teach you a lot about yourself. I would see this as a great opportunity for you and in a few years you may look back and realize it was the best thing that you've ever done
