I'm 19. I am always discouraging even if there not much of a intention. I have see plenty of therapists and own takin medicine for depression and anxiety but it didnt really do anything. I deeply feel close to my life is purely really boring - but i never feel close to going out anywhere. When I do go out beside a friend or something . . a lot of times i perceive like simply going back home to be near my boyfriend and dog lol. The only point i do like doing is going out to do things resembling go to plays or movies or something. I am also really sensitive. Someone could read aloud something to me that sounds mean but is a set-up and ill enjoy to do whatever i can not to break down and cry. Would getting a career keep my mind stale of things and make me not as bored? I jump to college and am fine during my classes but as soon as thats done im back to sentiment worthless. i also have this strong desire to enjoy a baby but am not sure if i.e. just me trying to fufill a necessitate i have. whats wrong next to me?
Answers: Sorry to hear your feeling that passageway. Maybe go to hours of darkness classes or take up a hobbie of interest to you. Sounds resembling you need something to build up your confidence. My friend is relatively like you. he's have counselling. (im not saying that you call for it). Nothing wrong with anyone sensitive, i think everyone is approaching that from time to time. But if you build your confidence,im sure you would be less sensitive by what empire say. Maybe try yoga, relaxes you.. Im not an expert. But i don hope things work out for you.

Do you really be aware of depressed. If you are,you really need to be on some antidepressant, might bring back some time to get a medication that will really work but it should help you once you find the right one.
might also oblige to be busy with a brief. Also get some self oblige books to read
