Answers:
I think you've already got yourself figured out.
your addicted plain and simple.
I think you should take some break..try walking in your village and think of something that will be more worthwhile and yet you can also enjoy. You can go out with your friends once a week..have a nice conversation and even ask them for some suggestions on your problem. You can also take some time on watching TV, movies or read some books.

I, myself is addicted to my desktop and inetrnet but I make sure I take time to stand up and leave my PC. I play with my son, read some magazines and go out with my friends.

Your job might be so important but as you've said, you're worried about being addictive to it, so take some break, rest for a while and you'll feel better..

Some of my friends have thrown theirs into the closet, because they are losing oxygen in their house.
