Go to the doctor! It could be something simple like ulcers or kidney stones! Go now otherwise you are doing a disservice to your son. He will be glad once he hears you are getting better!

It could be any number of things. You should see a doctor. Hopefully you can get some help for the symptoms and put your mind at ease.
It's probably just a stomach virus. Do you have any other symptoms of stomach cancer?
Stomach cancer usually affects people who are older - 2/3 of sufferers are over age 65. You also have an increased chance of it if you have had a helicobacter pylori infection, have had stomach inflammation, are male, eat lots of salted, smoked, or pickled foods, smoke cigarettes, or have a family history of this.
Now, if you do have any of those risk factors it does NOT mean you will end up with stomach cancer, or that it's what if causing you to vomit now. Most people with the increased risk never end up with it anyways.
Symptoms of stomach cancer are:
Sometimes cancer can grow in the stomach for a long time before it causes symptoms. In the early stages, stomach cancer can cause the following symptoms:
Indigestion, stomach discomfort or heartburn
Nausea or loss of appetite
Feeling tired
When the cancer is larger, it can cause the following symptoms:
Blood in your stool
A bloated feeling after eating
Vomiting
Unexplained weight loss
Stomach pain
Even if you are suffering from these symptoms you do NOT necessarily have cancer. The symptoms associated with cancer are also associated with many other ailments. You could have an ulcer, it could be acid reflux disease, food poisoning, or even just a small stomach virus.
Don't panic yet. Wait it out for a few more days. If you continue to vomit daily make an appointment with your doctor for a check-up.
