How to feel happy in the morning?
Question:
Answers:
I too am not a morning person and have to be up early but I always try to give myself enough time to wake up and get ready without rushing. I give myself time to make a pot of coffee and have breakfast while checking my e-mail, watch a bit of the morning news then I hop into the shower. Sometimes I shower first if I'm really tired and I blast myself with cold water for a bit. Try waking up a half hour earlier and see if that helps.
Listen to happy, uplifting music.
take a nice hot shower
it makes me feel better and it wakes u up if u feel groggy too
First of all, you can't go to bed upset. That carries over to the next day and you have a residual affect before you even wake up. So, if there is anything bugging you, address it the night before. Then, pick out everything you need to wear or take with you so you don't have to think about anything besides getting up and dressed. And, go to bed, early in addition to getting up early enough that you aren't feeling rushed or harried. Start out the morning by stretching for a few minutes. Focus on how nice it feels to get the blood flowing through your body. Take a nice, long, hot shower. Maybe meditate a bit while washing off. Just something to clear out your head. You need to start the day with a fresh mentality, this is key. Fix a nice, light breakfast, nothing too heavy. Guide yourself step by step through a routine that is simple and well thought out in advanced. Just give yourself time, patience, and order. If you like music, listen to music. If you like to read, read a chapter or two while eating. Spend a few moments pampering you and then head to work in enough time that you know you won't be running late. Hopefully this will help!
It's a choice. It's your mood, you can be whatever you want.
When I wake up, the first thing I say is "This is the day the Lord has made; we will rejoice and be glad in it."
Psalm 118:24
It works for me.
Go to bed earlier.
