Go to a detox center. The withdraw symptoms do suck and you need to go through them, because if your not addicted yet, you could become addicted the more you take them. The detoz center will probably be in a hospital or a treatment center. You willl need to stay a few days and they will likely give you a drug called methadone to help with the withdraw and they will wean you off. You will still feel sick, achy, trouble sleeping, etc, but you need to do it.

does any of your family know about your addiction...well if they don't i suggest you tell them.if you have toled them already get help from a doctor or something
I would suggest going to a rehab in your area that deals with sleeping pill addictions. They can help you deal with the withdrawel symtoms and get you un-hooked. Your body is going to need more and more of the pills so eventually your going to take to many and not wake up. So please do something about this.
ther is a drug called suboxine you use it for two weeks blocks all withdrawl symptoms had a similar problem thats how i got threw it, go to your doc. good luck
