Wellbutrin for Social Phobia - Experiences??
Question:
I have just started taking Wellbutrin.
Apparently it is quite effective at boosting energy and confidence. I suffered a break up, and ever since I have been withdrawn, and just stand in corner when at social evens and am shy. Before I used to be a social butterfly.
know what SSRIS,NDRIS,MAOI,BENZOs and pshyciatric medication is, so i don`t need anything on that. I also know about CBT and stuff.
I am now five days into Wellbutrin SR 150, my hands are a bit shaky, and feel a little bit down (I know that these may be initial side effects.) Anyone have these?
But more importantly - how has it helped you - has it lifted you confidence and helped you get out there again?

you say you know what SSRIs etc and i dont think they help either
the only thing that really helped me is valium to be honest!
It worked pretty good for me, but I couldn't handle the migraine side effects. But I didn't have a problem with social settings. I have anxiety and problems handling stress.
