Ive recently lost someone i love through suicide and am hoping that talking to people who have been through it might help is there any forums or chat rooms?

email me at poohinmissouri@yahoo.com I have a chat room and you can come and talk to me and others we are new so numbers are small, we deal with all sorts of problems there as well and I myself understand because I just had a nephew that committed suicide in June of this year so I will be glad to talk with you and yes it does help to talk about it

A spouse or a parent or a recent suicide should avoid counseling others for ten years

Talking to a councellor would be best. Recent victims of suicide tend to be too emotional to be constructive.
