I don't know...but I take 100mg's per day and you can count me out for ten hours fifteen mins after I take it...I weigh 120 pounds...hope you ain't trying to do something stupid.
If you are asking this question in order to use Seroquel as a means to commit suicide, then please go to the ER or call a doctor or therapist and let them know how you are feeling.
I know that for me if I take too much Seroquel it can make me more lethargic and can increase my feelings of sadness, depression and disgust towards myself.
I was once told the suicide was a permanent solution to a temporary problem. Having been suicidual in my life I can empathize and I can also tell you that it would have been a big mistake for me to make that choice.
Seroquel and all other drugs are prescribed according to body type, and metabolism and other things affect how your body processess the drug. So no one but a doctor could give you that answer. Different body types and metbolisms would be affected differently.

You need to talk to a doctor NOW. I tried it using seroquel and another drug. I landed in the hospital and got some really good help. I am continuing to get help from my psychiatrist and I am getting ECT therapy which has helped dramatically. I am just letting you know that you have options. Don't take the seroquel. Just take things one minute at a time and, please, for me (another that knows the pain), don't use a permanant solution to a temporary problem. BELIEVE ME, IT IS TEMPORARY!!! you are asking for help, because you took the time to right you are feeling. i too tried to commit suicide. Guess what I did I got on answers and talked. It really helped me to talk to someone I did not know. get a email address from someone on this and talk with them. They don't know you from adam and will not be judgemental.Good luck and God bless.

I'm glad I didn't kill myself. I'm glad I got help. There are other treatments out there for you.
I was on seroquel for a long time, it didn't help. Made more depressed, made the voices talk louder and longer.
I got help, I got different meds and treatment. I am still looking for a support group in my area though.
