I am pretty much in the exact same problem as you, and I must praise your courage for coming forward. The first step is admitting you have a problem, then doing something about it. I know its hard to think otherwise, but looking at your post you seem to be very much concerned on more unpractical issues like your weight, calories etc. Trust me, you need to be concerning on why you are thinking and doing what your doing, and how to change your feelings about food and your body image. Eating disorders are a problem with control, not actually food and weight, but weight and food is just an expression of the underlying problems the sufferers hav never dealt with. When you realised you couldnt eat without feeling guilty, what do you think was happening for you at that time? perhaps things were going on around you that you felt you had no control and you didnt like what was happening. The next step to do is to go to a doctor and ask for advice and help. I didnt seek help or advice for a long time, and after so much knowledge of eating disorders, I have knowledge that the longer and eating is left untreated, the harder and less succesful treatment will be. the earliest its hit, the easier it will be to dissapear.I wish i seeked help at the earliest oppurtunity. Trust me mate, you dont want to be like this for years. Also your current eating disorder behaviours can have a bad inpact on your heart. Self induced vomiting can cause low electrolytes, especially potassium, which can cause an irrugular heart beat, which is VERY SERIOUS. alot of people...very kind, beautiful people, have lost their lives from their illness-obsession with weight and food. feel free to message me, il advice if needed mate
take good care
slowly work your way back up. eat very little at a time, about 7-8 times a day or even less, you know like a cracker, or a half an apple about 5-6 times a day.
take down all your mirrors to stop judging yourself.
slowly get back into wieght lifting.
hope that helped, i hope you get help and get better!

I have never had an eating problem.
I like to eat, but I eat until I get bored with the taste.
I don't like overeating because of the discomfort I feel.
I eat enough to live. I also walk 30 minutes each day. My dogs take me.
Eating disorders mystify me. I wish that I understood.
Some years ago I loved a singer. She starved to death rather than eat because it would make her too fat. She was 32.
I think it comes down to where you focus your attention. You can focus on your disorders, which we all have in one form or another, or on your gifts.
In any event if you can explain it to me please do.
What is your motivation? How do you get yourself to become bulimic? How do you convince yourself that you will find hope and happiness there?
It seems to me that you are putting a lot of effort into not eating. You chose this for yourself? This is how you contribute to the world? Or is it just about you?
I'm still trying to understand. Is your focus just on your own feelings? Does anyone else care about you and what about their love and feelings?

What do you believe you get out of having the particular body you are trying to achieve?
See clearly if your eating or lack thereof gets you whatever it is you believe it does.
See deep into the belief. It's necessary to suspend judgment.
When the belief is seen through as a false promise, you can easily drop the obsession.
