Am I Suffering from a Mental Illness? Where else can I find answers on the internet?
Question:
Most of the problems can be found in my inability to socialize well with other people. I tend to have bad habits pop up anytime I even see a person I am not comfortable with. I bite my nails, chew the inside of my gums, chatter my teeth, play with anything dangling from my clothing, and yawn excessively. I'm sure there are more but none come to mind
I've also began to notice that my voice has a little of a lisp and I talk much differently than I hear my ownself. I also tend to move and act differently. Which has led to rumors regarding my sexuality, furthering my social awkwardness
As I'm running out of space I'm going to go ahead and say that I've been reading about Asperger's Syndrome and many of the symptoms fit.
Answers:
Get it checked out. You may also be normal, and you just march to the beat of a different drum. Who care about your sexual preference. That is no one's business but your own, and people only talk about this kind of stuff because they are lame and have boring lives. They have nothing better to do han to sit around pointing fingers in judgement, making assumptions and spreading nasty rumors. Even if you do have aspergers, you would still be better off than they are. You can always get some sort of treatment to help. Last I heard the only treatment for people who cant keep their mouths shut is a swift punch in the mouth! It sounds alot like Social Anxiety Disorder to me, but I am not a doctor. You need to consult your physician for a diagnosis. Good Luck!
u can consult a psycologist or any elderly person... if not then try google search with various keywords

Sounds like you don't have any self confidence. Why don't u try see if u can find a therapist. Make a list of all the things that bug you about yourself. Your not alone.
I would look into social anxiety disorder http://www.socialanxietysupport.com/...
may be coz of depression
You should see a doctor. The internet is not reliable and a doctor is the only person who can look at what you are describing and come to a conclusion.
It does sound like Asperger's Syndrome is a possibility, but once again, only a doctor can diagnose that.
You can't get a diagnosis online. Please see a doctor for an assessment.
