You can't because you can't. Everyone doesn't handle stress very well and you are one of them. Just try taking a bath using chamomile bubble bath and then lay there until they finally go to sleep.

i agree. ignore the people telling you how to spell, they are irritating. anyway, try drinking some warm milk. it has something in it that really does help you sleep. also, write down all the stress or problems that are keeping you up. you can rip it up, crumple it up...whatever. just get it out and get rid of it. it may help. after that, just try not to think about anything and focus on your breathing. hope you get some shut eye.
